Disputes between companies: unpaid invoices, contracts left unperformed, conflicts between shareholders. We first assess whether the matter can be resolved without litigation, and only then decide whether court proceedings are necessary.
A dispute between businesses can cost more than the amount at stake: it consumes time, attention and, often, a commercial relationship that could have continued. That is why the first question we ask is not how to win the case, but whether the case is necessary at all.
When it is, we prepare it thoroughly. We examine the documents, establish the correct order of steps and select the procedure suited to the situation: a formal notice of default, summary payment proceedings (ordonanța de plată) for undisputed claims, or ordinary proceedings where the claim is contested.
