Yes. A significant part of our work concerns companies: contracts between professionals, disputes with contractual partners, shareholder conflicts, challenges to tax assessments, public procurement, urban planning and building permits, mergers and demergers.
In which localities and before which courts do you act?
The firm’s office is in Cluj-Napoca, and our day-to-day work is before the courts of Cluj County, in particular the Cluj-Napoca District Court, the Cluj Tribunal and the Cluj Court of Appeal. We also represent clients before courts throughout the country and, where appropriate, before international jurisdictions.
How is the fee determined?
The fee is agreed at the first consultation, according to the complexity of the case, the estimated volume of work and the applicable procedure, and it is recorded in the legal assistance agreement. We do not charge amounts that have not been agreed in writing beforehand.
