2. Informative nature

The content of the website, including the articles and the descriptions of our practice areas, is general and informative. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace a lawyer’s analysis of your specific situation. Articles reflect the legislation in force on the date of publication.

3. Lawyer–client relationship

Sending a form, an e-mail or an appointment request does not create a lawyer–client relationship or a legal assistance agreement. Such an agreement is concluded in writing, in accordance with Law no. 51/1995 and the Statute of the legal profession. The firm may decline a request, including where there is a conflict of interest.

4. Forms and appointments

A request sent through the website is a request only. An appointment becomes final once we confirm it, by telephone or by e-mail. Please do not send sensitive data or documents through the forms; these are discussed during the consultation, where they are protected by professional secrecy. The data you enter must be accurate and must be your own.

5. Optional messages

Blog articles and updates from the firm are sent only to people who have asked for them separately, by ticking a box, at most four times a year. These updates may include a message, sent after our work together has ended, asking for your opinion of the services received in the form of a Google review. Leaving a review is optional: we ask for your honest opinion, offer nothing in return, and ask you not to include details of your legal matter. You can unsubscribe at any time, with one click, from any message.

6. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Rights over the content

The texts, logo and images on the website belong to Gidro & Gidro or are used under licence. You may quote short extracts, citing the source and the link. Full reproduction requires our written consent.

8. External links

The website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the informative content of the website. The website may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.
